Experiencing worries, stress, and feeling down is tough, especially when you have a lot on your mind, yet find it hard to articulate and express those emotions. Oftentimes, we cope by directing our feelings inward, leading to long term issues including anxiety and depression. There are many reasons we feel the way we do. It could have been from past trauma, difficulty growing up, or carrying emotional weight on our shoulders for too long. I understand the tolls of keeping everything inside, and the mere thought of sharing it with others can make us feel vulnerable. The first step is rough, and I am here to walk alongside you. My interpersonal therapeutic style allows you to be at ease, and feel like you’re talking to someone that listens.

As a person-centred psychotherapist, I take a collaborative and non-judgemental approach to help clients overcome challenges and reach their full potential. I draw upon a wide range of therapeutic frameworks and evidence-based practices, tailoring my approach to each individual's unique experiences. When working with diverse clients, I also incorporate cross-cultural insights to identify and address issues. As humans, there can be times of feeling low, and it could be from emotional wounds, feeling alone, or losing our sense of meaning.

My integrative approach to therapy can help you identify the core components of your issues. I'll assist you in unpacking your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour to identify unique triggers. Over the course of therapy, clients often notice overall improvements in mental health, develop healthy coping skills, and start to see the world in a whole new way.

As your therapist, I walk beside you. I've helped clients overcome obstacles, psychological battles, and reconnect them with their sense purpose, identity, and meaning. Everyone is unique, and no one should carry emotional weights alone. Creating a supportive therapeutic relationship with my clients is at the core of my work, and always without judgement.
